A few things you might want to know

How do you typically work with clients?

Every engagement is different — that's the point. Some clients need me for a defined project with a clear start and end. Others want an ongoing presence as a strategic sounding board. And some just need an extra pair of hands for a few weeks while the team is stretched. We'll work out together what makes most sense for where you are.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Mostly remotely, but I'm happy to come on-site when it matters — and sometimes it does. Kick-offs, stakeholder sessions, and critical moments often benefit from being in the room. We'll figure out what works best for you.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on my current commitments, but I try to stay available for the right opportunity. If you have something urgent, get in touch and tell me what's going on — I'll always be honest about what's possible.

How many clients do you work with at once?

A small number — deliberately. I'd rather give a handful of clients my full attention than spread myself thin.

What do you charge?

It varies depending on the scope, duration, and type of support you need. Rather than publish a rate that might not reflect what you're actually looking for, I'd rather have a conversation first. Get in touch and we can talk through what makes sense.

I'm not sure exactly what I need — is that okay?
